The Players of Al Qaeda Card
By Erick San Juan
A recent audio message of Osama bin Laden was aired recently over al-Jazeera satellite television claiming the failed bombing of US airliner in flight to Detroit last December 25, 2009 by a certain Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, a Nigerian national,. Here we go again, as I have written a couple of times before that Osama bin dead and should stay that way. But the players of the Al Qaeda (and Osama) card kept on resurrecting this so-called “mastermind” of 9-11 attack. It took them a month (delayed reaction) to release the said audio message.
Lest we forget that anyone “…who feels sympathy for Al Qaeda needs to be forcefully reminded that Al Qaeda was the creation of the CIA and it continues to be steered by the CIA, through various cut-outs and mediations” (from the book, Synthetic Terror by Webster Tarpley). Sadly, several people especially the regular viewers of the controlled corporate media, still believe this state sponsored terrorism. That is the reason why Osama bin Laden together with Al Qaeda will always haunt the public.
With billions of dollars funding of the US intelligence, homeland security, Pentagon, etc., how come the CIA dismantled the unit tracking down Osama and his group? The truth is that the “creators” could not totally kill their "project" for the sake of conveniently dragging bin Laden's name to continually justify the war on terror ala "El Cid". Among the possible targets of such terrorist plot are India and Pakistan. India was quick to step up on its red alert warning on all its airports for a possible Al Qaeda attack after the airing of the bin Laden message. A certain “news item” also came out that Al Qaeda claimed the suicide bombing of the CIA base in Afghanistan that killed seven CIA agents.
Here is another revelation taken from the video, Zeitgeist Addendum - “The truth is, there is no Islamic army or terrorist group called Al Qaida. And any informed intelligence officer knows this. But there is a propaganda campaign to make the public believe in the presence of an identified entity… The country behind this propaganda is the US.” – Robin Cook, Former British Foreign Secretary.
If the world will play along with this Osama/Al Qaeda myth, we are in for a real trouble as we all know that something is brewing up in Washington as a "pressured" President, Barack Obama himself mentioned in his State of the Union Address that - “And with our friends and allies, we will forge a new and comprehensive strategy for Afghanistan and Pakistan to defeat al Qaeda and combat extremism. Because I will not allow terrorists to plot against the American people from safe havens half a world away.”
The US President himself started parroting the same propaganda again. We can’t help but speculate that this will surely benefit his administration especially his failing popularity in all aspects of the American society through scare mongering to unite the good American people . But most especially, the American’s hunt for oil-rich countries where Al Qaeda unusually established it's network so there will be an unquestionable presence of US troops to hunt down the terrorists, like in Yemen and Nigeria and Somalia. The list goes on as long as they keep playing the Al Qaeda card and the so called audio tapes of Osama bin Laden.
Now a lot of us will wonder what and where could be the next terror plot that awaits mankind as the “Frankenstein” will be released again by it's master. I can’t help but share this information that was on the internet that Canada could be the target where the next 9-11 will take place… God forbid!

The Emergence of G2
The Emergence of G2
By Erick San Juan
Few years back, when then U.S. Charge d'Affaires Tom Hubbard invited selected members of the American Chambers in his residence in a flushy village in Makati City, we talked about so many issues like the Warden Alert and the Philippines relationship with the U.S., the Asean and China. When I was tasked to comment, some of my colleagues were shocked to hear me talk about the future turbulence between the U.S. and China. When the good diplomat, retired Ambassador Hubbard was here last year, he remembered my analysis which he said I predicted right. Now we are seeing the growing tensions building up between US and China which seems to compound everyday. Every nation in this planet can’t help but watch the unfolding of events as we await for the next "chess" move from both camps which could lead to a disastrous situation, especially if the peacemakers will not intervene. As a nation, we should be wary because we are situated in a very strategic area where these two giants play a dangerous game.
As I observed, the rivalry between the emerging G2 (US and China) started when China established “friendly” relations with countries considered as “enemies” of the US. For whatever name or category that the U.S. had branded several nation states, especially Iran and Venezuela, China is always there to do business with them. China is now becoming a dominant figure both in economic and in political arena as it took advantage of the financial crisis confronting major regions of the world. “Soft touch” (as I call it) approach is what China is using in order to make a deal while US seems to use force and intimidation in countries they consider as “rogue states”. Big powers knew for a fact that most of these nations are rich in oil, natural gas and other mineral resources. This is one approach that US can’t muster while China has already mastered. This is the reason why the Chinese surpassed other developed countries in the process.
Economically, the China – ASEAN Free Trade Area was completed last January 1, 2010. It started in Nov. 4, 2002, when former Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji and leaders of the 10 ASEAN nations signed at the Sixth China- ASEAN Summit the landmark Framework Agreement on ASEAN-China Comprehensive Economic Cooperation. The China- ASEAN free trade area, which will comprise China , Brunei , Cambodia , Indonesia , Laos , Malaysia , Myanmar , the Philippines , Singapore , Thailand and Vietnam , is expected to be one of the biggest free trade areas in the world. Since 2003, China and ASEAN have held consultations on agreements concerning the building of the free trade area.
The China-ASEAN free trade area will have a total population of 1.8 billion and a combined gross national product of US$2 trillion. The estimated total trade volume of US$1.2 trillion will make it the third largest market in the world, after the European Union and the North American free trade area. (Source: www.china.org.cn)
This is only one part of the globe and China continuously in search for markets to sell its finished products, seeking for sources of energy and raw materials. It pushes China to enter into contracts and grant loans and aids to countries worldwide.
What is behind all these economic and political advancement of China in helping out developing countries? Just like any nation growing economically, comes military might. This is a very sensitive issue which I have pointed out in my previous articles and radio broadcasts quoting experts on the build up of high-tech military capabilities of both US and China as they prepare for future war.
“US has sought to encircle China with a series of alliances and bases, stretching from Japan , South Korea , Singapore , Australia and India to Afghanistan and Central Asia . China is responding by building its own military capabilities, including a blue-water navy to secure shipping routes to the Middle East and Africa, and a de facto partnership with Russia to counter US influence in Central Asia”. (US-China Rivalry Intensifies by John Chan, Global Research) This is one aspect of the contest by the emerging G2 that makes the rest of the world really nervous.
As for the Philippines, “Our relationship with the United States has never been better and that's where it should be. Above the surface we will have the strongest link with China, but under the surface we're the strongest ally of the United States,” said foreign affairs Secretary Roberto Romulo.
This could be a great challenge to our country’s next leadership – to strategically play the G2 card well for the welfare of the Filipinos.

United We Must Stand
United We Must Stand
By Erick San Juan
The election fever is heating up in line with what the weather agency’s forecast of an early hot season because of the coming El Nino phenomenon. Amidst the “hot” season, I would like to divert the attention of our readers to something as important as the inevitable balkanization of our country. The too hot to handle issue of whether the secessionist group from the south will have their long-sought after “freedom and self-determination” is still in the offing.
This writer can’t help but notice the article at the Daily Tribune written by Mr. Ken Fuller. Quoting the editorial that came out from the MILF’s website – Luwaran entitled Good Bye! Madame Ambassador dated November 23, 2009. Of course, they are referring to the good US Ambassador, Kristie Kenney, whom the MILF will miss as she will be replaced soon by Ambassador Harry Thomas,Jr.
The sentiment-filled editorial only showed why several US officials kept on playing the Mindanao card, as if there's a done deal between the MILF and the US government alone in pursuing the so-called “peace talks” which has the glaring reality of partitioning Mindanao through the BJE (Bangsamoro Juridical Entity) section via the Memorandum of Agreement on Ancestral Domain (MOA-AD). The American government seems to owe the MILF their freedom and right to self-determination because for them, the US gave the Moros to the Filipinos for governance in 1946. As much as I want to understand this line of thinking by a few Bangsamoro leaders, where does Malaysia configure in this scenario that they are building with the Americans? After all, US is not part of the formal frameworks of the GRP-MILF panel. Does Malaysia really still play a key role in the peace talks? Why pursue a weak stand against the whole country’s future? Is the MILF being forgetful, the fact that it is very clearly written in our Constitution that they cannot remove that part of the country they wanted to integrate with their “foreign friends”?
“….the conflict will not die; on the contrary, it will degenerate and become more complicated and noxious (deadly) in the years ahead unless a true solution comes into the scene” as the line goes from the MILF which sounded like a threat, to the Americans and so much more to our country as a whole. How can this be? After all these years and after all the sacrifices that our ancestors did to maintain the sovereignty , the islands of Luzon , Visayas and Mindanao ? Or is there much more, like a hidden agenda to strike a deal with the colonialists to partake in the riches of this land? The Minsupala area is no doubt holding a vast wealth that can only belong to the Filipino people.
Let us not waste precious lives from whatever camp or nationality it may be, there is only one Philippines and let this be the battlecry of all patriotic Filipinos that -"united we must stand in order to survive all crisis that will befall this nation." God bless the Philippines!

Another False Flag Operation!
Another False Flag Operation!
By Erick San Juan
This is a follow up of what I wrote last January 3 of my initial reaction to the editorial of the International Herald Tribune about the failed bombing of Northwest Airlines Flight 253 from Amsterdam to Detroit, USA by a Manchurian candidate or what others call a “patsy” - Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. The reason for this article is our little contribution to the other side of the “truth” because the corporate world media is now circulating a "hyped" version of what could be another pretext to justify the war on terror started by former Pres. Dubya Bush and being continued by the current US President. This writer can’t help but do something to somehow correct such a big lie to justify another fear mongering of a myth just like what the globalists have been doing with the Global Warming saga of lies.
The failed bombing is another "false flag" operation that will justify the Obama administration’s additional US troops in Afghanistan where the terror group Al Qaeda has originated and reportedly created by western intelligence. The fact that Abdulmutallab conveniently drag the Al Qaeda brand name of causing terror on Flight 253, the game is on – again. This time its going to be in Yemen .
Why Yemen ?
For all my radio listeners (daily, 5 to 6 p.m. @ 1350khz DZXQ) who heard my broadcast when I mentioned that the globalists are eyeing the Yemeni oil and this is not a surprise news. The fact that Yemen is already receiving financial and military assistance from the US to fight the mythical Al Qaeda network based in Yemen , this could be translated to the urgent need for the Yemeni oil. Just like in Somalia and now Yemen , the US “expert on terrorism”, Steven Emerson has commented that while Pakistan-Afghanistan border was still “number one” for terrorist activity, the area surrounding the Gulf of Aden , is “fast coming up the ladder.”
And like the Philippines which is highly located in a geostrategic location, Yemen is also situated in that area which is adjacent to Saudi Arabia and has a good access to the Red Sea and Suez Canal . Moreover, Yemen borders the Gulf of Aden where much of the oil tankers leaving the Persian Gulf passes, and now with China’s presence there, much more that the US will use Yemen.
And could this be another sequel to the war on terror to save the west from an imminent downfall? The globalists needed a pretext to survive and they are doing this not only in the Middle East but also in Latin America . Now it is clear why the “corporaterrorists” and their propagandists rode the bandwagon of fear after that failed bombing - to ignite a second wave of the war on terror after 9/11.
That is why we will not get tired of advising our people and those who understands the geopolitical game of the globalists and the movers for a one world government to be vigilant and to help disseminate the much needed information.

The System Failed,Really?
By Erick San Juan
The editorial of the International Herald Tribune dated December 31,2009 was entitled, "System Failed, Airport Security Systems Have Serious Flaws. And So Do The Bureaucracies That Run Them". I beg to disagree. Yes, the system did not work despite the sophisticated and expensive machines being used in almost all the U.S. airports plus the vigilance and alertness of the Homeland Security personnels and other government units complimenting each other. President Barack Obama is also right in insisting on accountability at every level. But who's the real culprit? The U.S. has the most effective security system but what went wrong? Since the U.S. and most countries all over the world privatized their security services of their airports and monopolized by a 'security industrial complex', there's no more due diligence to effectively operate the counter-intelligence force and the usual random performance audit of the said "special elite units". We should also be wary about so many "manchurian candidates" like the Nigerian named Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. Where in the world can you find such alibi that he can bring in 80 grams of PETN(military grade high explosives) without being noticed and eventually caught? Some Americans are even curious as to the motive and timing of the plot which almost coincided to the expiration of some of the provisions of the Patriot Act on December 31,2009. Again, who will benefit from this nasty but amateurish script? A few days after the incident, new technologies like the "whole body imager" is being propagandized. Is this another profit out of fear plot or more sinister than that? Just asking....
